CPP (CPP.com), the exclusive publisher of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment, announced that the 2015 MBTI® Users Conference: The Influence Factor will be held at Hotel Nikko, in the heart of San Francisco’s Union Square on September 28-30, 2015. MBTI practitioners will learn from experts at top companies and consultancies, including The Walt Disney Company, Microsoft, QualcommP&GUC BerkeleySelby Group, as well as apply MBTI type knowledge through interactive sessions and activities.

Kicked off by keynote speaker Josh Bersin of Bersin by Deloitte, who will examine future trends influencing learning, training and development, the conference will feature sessions delivered by an array of MBTI experts who will present on the overarching theme–the Influence factor.

“Influencing is about rapport, trust, and intentionality. The role personality type plays in influencing is yet to be fully understood—and I believe this a critical piece of the puzzle,” says Damian Killen, CPP author of Introduction to Type® & Innovation and Introduction to Type® & Conflict as well as a conference keynote presenter. “Once we become aware of our influence receptors and guides, then influencing becomes easier, more transparent, and more ethical.”

Attendees will have access to exclusive content, product roadmap influencing opportunities, and peer-to-peer networking events including a dynamic cabaret style welcome reception featuring New York City songstress Cristina Gatti and an off-site customer appreciation happy hour. The event offers attendees a wide range of opportunities to enhance their MBTI expertise and is ideal for newly certified MBTI practitioners, longtime MBTI practitioners, and everyone in between.
