Web content management platform vendor Kentico Software has released a new version of its flagship product featuring enhanced collaboration and marketing tools. Kentico 8.2 also includes new e-commerce tools as well as platform and online marketing improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Key features of Kentico 8.2 include a new SharePoint integration module for bi-directional synchronization so all changes made in Kentico are automatically reflected on the SharePoint Server. A newly enhanced contact management tool tracks the behavior of website visitors and customers across all devices, channels and entry points. It also includes the option to import contacts from a CSV file for customer management directly inside the Kentico system.
Kentico 8.2 also includes:
- LinkedIn integration for publishing to the site directly from the platform
- Real-time analytics previews
- Checkout process customization
- Rule-based options for offering customer discounts
