Venture capital veteran Sonja Hoel Perkins has joined the advisory board of GridGain Systems, a provider of an open-source, in-memory computing (IMC) platform.
Perkins brings over two decades of leadership and investment expertise in the high-tech industry, and currently serves as managing director of Menlo Ventures and founder of Broadway Angels.
“I’ve been fortunate to work with Sonja for 15 years across three companies. Her ability to select winners in the technology industry and nurture them to great success is her true hallmark,” says GridGain’s chief executive Abe Kleinfeld. “I’m looking forward to her continued guidance and advice as GridGain continues its trajectory to IMC leadership.”
