It’s easy to assume that if your team is composed of great people, it’ll perform well. However, a stellar team requires more than talented individuals. People with diverse viewpoints, communication styles and work approaches must collaborate toward a shared objective.
Such collaboration is frequently undermined by factors that are easy to overlook. When these hidden factors aren’t addressed, they can lead to behaviors that undermine teamwork, like withholding information, absenteeism and even teams fracturing into competing alliances.
