Being able to immerse yourself for an entire day in your favorite TV show may be one of technology’s greatest gifts, but if left uncontrolled, binge-watching can rob you of sleep and leave you feeling lethargic, groggy and irritable.
Binge-watching is defined as watching multiple episodes of TV shows or movies in one sitting. A recent survey of more than 200 U.S. residents 18 years or older showed 82 percent of people who binge-watch their favorite shows stay up later than normal.
